About the Festival
The Levitt BLOC Music Festival, presented by RISE Chattanooga, is an annual celebration of music, culture, and community that brings the Scenic City to life. This free, family-friendly event features an electric mix of live performances from local legends and nationally touring artists across soul, jazz, hip-hop, R&B, and more.
