Spring Events in Chattanooga
Spring has sprung, and events are blooming all over the city. From arts and live music to food-forward festivals and nature-filled experiences, the Scenic City comes alive with something for every kind of springtime mood.
Feeling artsy? Get inspired at the Scenic Stitches Fiber Festival, take a hands-on class at The Chattery, or spend the day exploring the beloved 4 Bridges Art Festival, featuring more than 140 visual artists from across the country.
More of a down-to-earth type? Crabtree Farms, a 22-acre urban farm just 10 minutes from downtown, hosts a full slate of seasonal workshops and events, including Beginner's Guide to Growing Your Own Vegetable Garden and Intro to Beekeeping.
Wanting to taste your way through the city? Every spring, restaurants across Chattanooga compete during Chattanooga Burger Week, serving up their most creative and crave-worthy burgers - and you get to be the judge. Don't miss the Chattanooga Cocktail Festival, where local bars and distilleries come shake up bright, refreshing drinks that taste like sunshine during this 21+ celebration.
Spring also marks the return of two local favorites: the weekly Chattanooga River Market on Saturdays and the Chattanooga Market on Sundays. Perfect for strolling, snacking, and shopping local.
Looking for kid-friendly fun? The Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum goes full steam ahead with Day Out with Thomas each spring. Rock City bursts with fresh blooms along its scenic trail, Ruby Falls remains a must-see underground wonder, and both the Tennessee Aquarium and Creative Discovery Museum offer interactive exhibits packed with hands-on fun for curious minds of all ages.
